Demola Challange - Transparent News

I am excited to share my experience as a part of the Demola Global project, Transparent News. Our three-member team, consisting of Gaurav Pakhe, Nicolo Gerard Cruz, and myself, had an amazing journey.  Demola is a global community bringing together co-creation experts, university students, and innovative organizations. Their mission is to make an impact and prepare for different futures by connecting students with real-world projects. It's an incredible platform where students from diverse backgrounds tackle innovation challenges across various fields. Working as a team to address misinformation, fake news, and deepfakes in the media, we proposed effective ideas to tackle these real-world challenges through analyzing the problem from multiple angles. Gukesh, The new World Chess Champion!

The world is celebrating the incredible achievement of Mr. Gukesh D, who has made history by winning the FIDE World Chess Championship at just 18 years old. Social media is overflowing with praise and admiration for this young champion, and rightfully so. His victory is a proud moment for India and chess enthusiasts worldwide. Gukesh’s hard work, dedication, and sheer brilliance have brought him to this pinnacle of success. However, amidst all the celebration, an interesting observation comes to mind. While everyone is now showering him with congratulations, there seemed to be little noise before the championship began. Few, if any, posts were seen wishing him good luck or cheering him on before he stepped into this monumental challenge. This highlights a sad reality of life—success is celebrated loudly, but the effort leading up to it often goes unnoticed.
